1. First come first served. No one person can have the same celebrity as anyone else. There are plenty of people that you can use that are not on the list already.
2. If you become inactive, guess what? Your celebrity goes up for grabs. I am sorry, but this is a dog eat dog world, so the best thing is to stay active.
3. No one will be allowed to use myspace, deviant art, or themselves are their play by. It is just a personal pet peeve of mine.
4. If you're claiming the celebrity then you must have them in your signature and/or avatar.
5. Another thing. More of a hint. If you press Crtl+F on you keyboard and type in the name you can see if that person is taking.
6. Celebrities will only be reserved for 2 weeks, after that they will be open for anyone to use them.
